Woodlands Children’s Centre

For under 5s, their mums, dads and carers

‘Patacake’ is the name chosen from all the entries, by Mrs Gandolfo the Head of Gilbert Scott Primary School for our new travelling teddy. Competition winner Alice visited the Bear Factory in Croydon with her Grandma and Sue the Centre Family Worker to make ‘Patacake’. Alice also made her own bear as part of her prize.

‘Patacake’ is now looking forward to visiting some of the families that use the Centre and learning all sorts of things. He wants to visit the library, the supermarkets, park, go on a bus and a tram.....meet lots of teddy bear friendly pets! And play with all the children.

If you would like ‘Patacake’ to spend some time with you please do let us know.

‘Patacake’ has spent the last few days having a good look around the Centre...can you see where he has been?
